Know Your Customers

If you can get a customer interested in your product, by all means be sure to get their contact information. Do this with your coupons, ads, direct mail response cards, comment cards, at your place of business, and anywhere else you are engaging with potential customers. Your cost of sales will be lowered exponentially as you increase communications with these leads in a more efficient and targeted manner.
