If you can't poke fun at yourself, who can you poke fun at? The landscape in the resort market of Hilton Head Island was littered with real estate agencies and MARS (Market Area Real estate Services) wanted to 'stand out in the crowd'. And, the client wanted results fast!
We went with a tongue in cheek advertising campaign that blended the reality of real estate work with cliché's that apply to other areas of our lives. In this case the client allowed us to really stretch the population's imagination and think out of the box.
The results in the first 90 days were over 20 new listings and a dozen sales pending. Not bad for a newly launched company!
