How do you describe a resort development that incorporates a marina, five golf courses, a private club, a world class tennis facility, dining & shopping as well as a residential community? Well, to be honest, you don't.
What we did with the design group was to create a series of corporate branded marketing products that used the same fonts, the same pantones, the same basic design features to promote each venue. Then, each demographic base had their own brochure or website to choose from. If it so happened they crossed over into another demographic or had a friend/family member who did, the "choice" to stay within the brand was simple.
This way we kept the vacationer's spending in Palmetto Dunes.
